Your use of VMs is subject to the tier limits specified in your account. We reserve the right to:

  • Limit the number of concurrent VMs based on your tier
  • Terminate VMs that are idle for extended periods
  • Suspend accounts that exceed fair usage limits
  • Modify usage limits with reasonable notice

7. Payment and Billing

Some features require payment. By using paid features, you agree to:

  • Provide valid payment information
  • Pay all charges in a timely manner
  • Accept our pricing as posted on our website
  • Understand that fees are non-refundable except as required by law

IN NO EVENT SHALL FIREVM, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FireVM and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
